Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate retail teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement operational improvements
- Manage inventory control and merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product placement
- Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong team management and staff development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Jakarta retail market dynamics
