Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily store operations and manage shift transitions to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Provide active leadership, coaching, and mentorship to retail staff to drive sales performance and team morale.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, visual merchandising, and cleanliness according to company guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock counts, replenishment, and reporting of discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally to ensure long-term customer loyalty.
- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with company safety protocols, loss prevention measures, and operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Shift Leader, Team Lead, or Senior Retail Associate, preferably in a fast-paced mall environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by the Glorietta store location.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic office applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
