Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure the store floor is neatly arranged and products are adequately stocked
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Meet sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Train and mentor new store associates as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with strong work ethic
