Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product guidance to all shoppers
- Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and daily reconciliation
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and inventory organization
- Process returns/exchanges according to company policies
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Actively promote products and upselling opportunities
- Assist in staff training and operational best practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service roles
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic proficiency in English (for tourist interactions)
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 15kg)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Integrity and attention to detail in financial operations
