- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries and selections.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing products, restocking shelves, and ensuring displays are clean and inviting.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, receiving deliveries, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure the store and restrooms are kept clean, tidy, and safe for customers at all times.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints according to company policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent education level.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact politely and effectively with customers of all ages.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and stocking.
