Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive visit.
- Monitor play areas to ensure safety guidelines are followed by all children and guardians.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation of play equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks.
- Engage with children through organized games and activities to enhance their experience.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the promotion of memberships, events, and special store activities.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and crowd control during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School graduate (Senior High School diploma preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoys working in a child-friendly environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming personality.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly reliable, hardworking, and capable of multi-tasking under pressure.
- Basic math skills for cashiering and inventory management.
- Willing to be assigned in SM City Sta. Rosa.
