Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing expert recommendations based on the Xiaomi ecosystem.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the store floor is clean, organized, and displays are stocked according to brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock counts, and receive new shipments.
- Demonstrate product features, including smartphones, smart home devices, and wearable technology.
- Resolve customer feedback professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent certification.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or electronics sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical features simply.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and a strong team player.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and POS software.
- A genuine passion for consumer electronics and Xiaomi products.
