- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and prepare menu items with attention to detail and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times, including restrooms and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and securely.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-merchandised.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations and workflow.
- Assist in cleaning and closing duties to uphold high hygiene and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak evening shifts.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and working in a team setting.
