As a Store Staff, you will be the face of SAMARA Chocolate. We are seeking an energetic individual who can provide excellent customer service and ensure our store runs smoothly. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality and service.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service and product recommendations.
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Stock shelves and display products attractively to maximize sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Upsell products and inform customers about new chocolate collections and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Perform inventory checks and report stock shortages or damages.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Enthusiastic about chocolate and willing to learn.
