- Execute daily store operations including inventory management and stock replenishment
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations and problem resolution
- Operate POS systems efficiently and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist in visual merchandising displays to enhance product presentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards through store cleanliness and organized layouts
- Participate in stock receiving and quality control procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Proven ability to achieve sales objectives
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting up to 20kg
- High school diploma or equivalent required
