Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.
- Maintain excellent standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and inventory display.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for timely restocking.
- Prepare daily or weekly operational reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, health, and security policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Management, Retail Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail or construction supply industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English (additional dialects are an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and POS systems.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong sense of integrity, reliability, and work ethic.
