Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop retail teams to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control and cash handling
- Implement visual merchandising plans to maximize product visibility
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Train staff on product knowledge and operational procedures
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock replenishment processes
- Uphold company policies and safety regulations at all times
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset
- Basic financial reporting experience preferred
