Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
- Drive sales performance by implementing promotional strategies and upselling techniques
- Ensure exceptional customer service through staff training and service standard enforcement
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet targets
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, safety protocols, and operational procedures

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory or team leadership experience
