Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising day-to-day kitchen operations and back-of-house staff.
- Ensure consistent adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols (HACCP/local regulations).
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotations, and assist with ordering supplies to minimize waste.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain company service and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth front-to-back communication.
- Handle minor operational issues and resolve staff or process concerns effectively.
- Prepare daily reports on production volume, waste, and staffing performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service, restaurant, or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen management best practices.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Culinary Arts or Restaurant Management is a plus.
