Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and train store staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and motivation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and loss prevention strategies.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly address customer inquiries or complaints.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall store appeal.
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist in managing operational budgets effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role (minimum of 2-3 years).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers.
