Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to company policies, and efficient task completion.
- Implement strategies to minimize costs and maximize profitability, including effective inventory management and loss prevention.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded, handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Manage merchandise displays, ensuring products are well-stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, manage stock levels, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement to enhance team performance.
- Prepare daily sales reports, manage cash handling procedures, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a retail supervisory or team lead role, preferably within the fashion or consumer goods sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive operational efficiency.
