Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive, high-energy team environment.
- Drive sales goals and effectively manage inventory levels to maximize profitability and minimize loss.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor store appearance and visual merchandising standards to ensure the shop is inviting and well-organized.
- Collaborate with regional management to implement marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Handle cash handling, deposits, and basic financial reporting with accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated customer-focused attitude with a commitment to excellence.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
