Are you a natural leader with a passion for retail and a drive to succeed? Kawan Lama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to join our growing team in Pekanbaru, Riau. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire store environment, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sales growth to meet company targets.
As the Store Supervisor, you will serve as the face of the store, leading by example and mentoring a diverse team of retail professionals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include formulating sales strategies, managing inventory and visual merchandising, and ensuring that every customer receives world-class service. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can handle pressure with grace and inspire their team to achieve their best.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily store operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional plans to achieve monthly targets.
- Train, motivate, and supervise staff, conducting regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and implement loss prevention measures.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently applied to enhance product appeal and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with regional management to execute marketing campaigns and maintain brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
