- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Manage inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent losses
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product displays and drive sales
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify growth opportunities
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail industry standards
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on store performance, inventory, and staff metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in retail supervision or management role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
