As a key member of our retail management staff, you will play a pivotal role in driving store performance, maintaining our high-quality service standards, and ensuring our customers have a world-class shopping experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing procedures and floor management.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to ensure KPIs and monthly sales targets are achieved.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and resolution of customer concerns.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and regular physical audits to minimize shrinkage.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and store security procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a retail supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of retail math, inventory management systems, and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sports and athletics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts as required by the mall schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).
