Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Implement company policies and procedures while maintaining operational standards
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage product replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure positive shopping experiences
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or team leadership
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing inventory
- Demonstrated discipline, integrity, and accountability in professional settings
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail management software
