Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve/exceed monthly sales targets
- Implement and maintain superior customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Conduct staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placement and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for regional management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience or equivalent leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs and team performance metrics
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
- Must be willing to relocate within Pampanga region if required
