As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the overall functioning of the store, ensuring all procedures are followed efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage product displays, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Sales Reporting: Track daily sales, prepare reports, and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team of employees.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
