We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to join the team at The Keranjang. As a key member of our retail leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers, and driving sales performance. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring sales associates, managing inventory levels, and maintaining the visual presentation of the store to align with our brand standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure a smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of sales associates to meet individual and store sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and place orders to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and inquiries effectively and professionally.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product displays and attract customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for business growth and customer retention.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
