Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and customer appeal
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers for optimal stock management
- Train and mentor store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with proven conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
