Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and brand compliance.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor retail staff to ensure high-performance standards are met.
- Drive store sales targets and implement strategies to increase customer conversion rates.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Ensure all POS transactions, cash handling, and daily reports are processed accurately.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Strong background in sales, inventory management, and store operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern Retail POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as per mall requirements.
- Resident of Calamba City or willing to commute to SM Calamba.
