Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily store operations in strict compliance with company SOPs and safety protocols
- Lead, mentor, and schedule retail teams to maximize performance and customer satisfaction
- Drive sales achievement through targeted promotions, staff training, and product knowledge initiatives
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate supplier logistics, and minimize shrinkage
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining service excellence
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet/exceed targets
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation excellence
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail experience with 1+ years in supervisory/leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs
- Strong team management and conflict resolution abilities
- Deep understanding of retail operations, inventory systems, and loss prevention
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Proficient in POS systems and basic office software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
