Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily store operations to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to company SOPs.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of sales associates to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and manage stock replenishment schedules.
- Ensure the store meets high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in the preparation of daily sales reports and manage cash handling procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
