Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Train staff on coffee preparation techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, scheduling, and compliance
- Implement visual merchandising and cleanliness protocols to maintain brand standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and elevate service experiences
- Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Foster positive team culture through recognition and constructive feedback
Kualifikasi
- Previous supervisory experience in retail or food service industry
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of inventory and POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
