- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for all customers.
- Analyze sales performance data and implement strategic adjustments to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to maximize productivity and ensure high service standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to prevent loss.
- Uphold and enforce visual merchandising standards to reflect the Sephora brand image and enhance product visibility.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional management to execute marketing initiatives and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, supervisory roles, or a similar position.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of team development and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse team.
- Demonstrated passion for the beauty industry and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as required.
