- Lead, motivate, and manage daily store operations including staff scheduling and performance coaching
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, service protocols, and health/safety regulations
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and operational procedures

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in coffee shop or retail environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
