Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise retail staff to maintain high service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Implement visual merchandising plans to enhance product presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and implement performance improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product availability
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; D3 degree in Business/Retail preferred
- 1+ years experience in retail supervision or team leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of retail KPIs and performance metrics
- Problem-solving aptitude and decision-making capabilities
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
