Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and cash management
- Lead and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and customer engagement
- Manage inventory control processes including stock receiving, reconciliation, and loss prevention
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures
- Analyze sales performance data and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining brand reputation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience with 1+ years in supervisory or leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in retail environment
- Strong team management and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale operations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and motivate diverse teams
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail analytics software
