Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily store operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate stock reporting.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred.
