Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising compliance
- Manage inventory control, stock reconciliation, and loss prevention
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Monitor daily store operations and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with regional management on promotions and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Senior High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory systems
- Customer service orientation with conflict resolution expertise
