- Oversee daily store operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and train store staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and implement loss prevention strategies.
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines to maintain an attractive and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and prepare daily reports to track performance against KPIs.
- Collaborate with management to implement new retail strategies and promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
