Join Asticom as a Store Supervisor in Arayat and lead our retail team to success! We're seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth in our Pampanga location.
As a Store Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our brand standards while creating a positive shopping experience for customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
- Supervise daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Manage store resources including inventory, equipment, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure adequate stock levels and timely deliveries
- Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising principles
- Customer service oriented with problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and retail management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field is a plus
