Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and inventory organization to attract customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and coordinate with management for replenishment.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures strictly.
- Assist in managing staff schedules, payroll, and timekeeping records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
