Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations across multiple retail stores in the Jabodetabek region
- Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and implement loss prevention measures
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards and brand compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional service
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to management
- Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure adherence to company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple locations
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
