As a Store Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our store operations. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain operational excellence, and ensure our shelves are stocked with the best variety of home improvement and household products that our customers have come to rely on. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and cash management.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to optimize product visibility and customer engagement.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and manage product replenishment efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
  • Proven ability to manage store operations and lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business operations.
  • Working knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
