Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise and mentor store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, quality control, and loss prevention measures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
- Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak operational hours.
- Maintain impeccable store standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and visual display compliance.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, POS systems, and inventory software).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
