Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and standards.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, auditing, and loss prevention procedures.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to optimize product presentation and drive sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing actionable insights to the Area Manager.
- Coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure strict adherence to store cleanliness, safety, and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of proven supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, highly organized, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Libmanan, Camarines Sur.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and retail management software.
