Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and store readiness.
- Manage and motivate a diverse retail team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensure accurate merchandising displays.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures consistently.
- Conduct regular store audits and quality control checks to meet brand standards.
- Coordinate with management on staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Kualifikasi
- College graduate of any Business-related course or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail or supermarket environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in team management.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking under pressure.
