As a Store Supervisor/Assistant Store Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our store operations. You will oversee day-to-day activities, lead a team of sales professionals, and ensure that every customer leaves with a positive impression. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, audits, and accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to create an appealing and organized store environment.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for the store manager.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of staff to maintain adequate coverage.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
