- Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and train store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluation
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
- Coordinate with other departments to support overall business objectives
Kualifikasi
- College degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications
