Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention
- Ensure exceptional customer service through staff coaching and in-store experience optimization
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance data and implement improvement strategies
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail experience with supervisory/leadership background
- Strong understanding of inventory management and retail operations
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and retail systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
