Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead and develop retail teams through coaching, training, and performance evaluation
- Drive sales growth through customer engagement, upselling techniques, and promotional execution
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining service excellence
- Coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment and product availability
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and operational documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years retail experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales performance and customer service
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising principles
