Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Manage and train store staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and store procedures
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage store budget and control operational expenses
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in retail supervision or assistant management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- High school diploma; college degree in business or related field is a plus
