Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales associates to maximize their potential and improve performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with management for timely replenishment.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, suggest improvements, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and in-store events.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
