- Oversee daily store operations and ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and minimize shrinkage.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve monthly sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to exceed targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times.
- Coordinate with upper management for reporting, feedback, and strategic planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting tools.
